Born in December 1979, Engr. S.M. Arif Reza Hossain is a career Engineer turned entrepreneur. He did his graduation in Civil Engineering and had pursued his MBA from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, United Kingdom. He is one of the Sponsor Directors and holding the office of the Managing Director and CEO of a growing group of companies namely Advanced Group comprising leading social developer Advanced Development Technologies Ltd., and its associated concerns such as Advanced Ready-mix Concrete Industries, Advanced-EPS Technologies Ltd., Advanced Technology & Ideas Ltd. and Advanced Concrete Products Ltd.
He is an energetic young, qualified and resourceful person. By virtue of his passion in branding, the company has curved a niche in Brand Management in Bangladesh which Advanced Group is now enjoying a distinguished stature in the social development sector. Dr. M. A. Mannan, Director (Customer Service & Human Resource) is working since September 2006. He graduated in Agriculture Science, B.Sc. Ag (Hon’s) in 1972 consequently M.Sc. from BANGLADESH AGRICULTURE UNIVERSITY (BAU) in 1974 and Ph.D. from LINCOLN UNIVERSITY New Zealand in 1984. Started first service career as an Executive officer, Bangladesh Sugar Industries Corporation (BSFIC), Ministry of Industry. Succeeded up to the top rank of the post of Director Cane Development & Research (CD&R) on being qualified by the Super Services Board (SSB) in 2002. He served BSFIC for 31 years..After retirement joined Advanced Development Technologies Ltd. (ADTL) as Executive Director and upgraded to the post of Director (Customer Service, Finance & Human Resource); till now served ADTL for 17 years, ultimately his total service tenure running over 48 years. During service with BSFIC worked successfully as a local counterpart with several Foreign Consultants under BRAC, FAO & UNDP funded projects at different stages of his job. Overall responsibility was identification of field problems & planning corrective measures. Under ADTL, responsible for customer service related several issues, like developing marketing strategy to maximize sale, minimize cost, ensuring quality of products and establishment of better client relations along with the responsibility of Human Resource Management of the company. Has vast experience in Agro-Technology as well as Technical & Administrative capability in Real Estate business. Served as a member of several high power committees; such as parliamentary committees, different research management committees & Industry evolution committee etc. Reported many high profile technical papers.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers (FIE) in Bangladesh and holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (BUET). Lead a team of project managers, engineers, and construction professionals in the successful execution of residential and commercial projects at Rana Costruction Co Ltd, Skyline Properties Development. He has previous experience working abroad as Engineer under the Ministry of Housing, Government of Libya and was responsible for supervision of various projects such as School buildings, Hospital, Multi-Storied building and bank building. He is currently the Director Construction in Advanced Development Technologies Ltd. and responsible for overall construction, planning and execution of all ongoing projects. Projects include 29 nos of multi storied buildings named Angel City at Karnapara, Savar, Dhaka, 20 storied commercial cum residential building named Bridge Point at Jurain, Dhaka, 15 storied commercial building named Noorani Tower at Mohakhali, Dhaka, 14 storied apartment building named Baridhara Crown at Baridhara, Dhaka.

Graduate from Rajshahi Engineering College (now a university). After Graduation, directly joined Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) and commissioned as an officer in Communication & Electronics branch (now engineering branch) in the year 1973. After a successful military career in the Bangladesh Air Force, the Group Captain retired in 2004. On Retirement from BAF joined Advanced Development Technologies Ltd as an Executive Director. In ADTL at different times he was responsible for the operation & maintenance of Ready Mix Concrete Industries, Expanded Polystyrene industries and Sandwich panel production industries. He was also responsible to manage procurement department and simultaneously coordinated the production of finished goods from central workshop for the construction projects of ADTL for a substantial period. Presently he is entrusted with the overall responsibility to look after administration & logistic of ADTL as Director.
