Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept whereby organizations consider the interests of society by taking responsibility for the impact of their activities on customers, employees, shareholders, communities and the environment in all aspects of their operations. This obligation is seen to extend beyond the statutory obligation to comply with legislation and sees organizations voluntarily taking further steps to improve the quality of life for employees and their families as well as for the local community and society at large.
Terming CSR as the continuous learning process, ADTL observed that all organizations will have to develop their collective competence by educating workforce and improving the overall management. It has been engaged in discharging CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) in a befitting manner by taking part in various activities alongside government and private initiatives as and when it suits our sources and capabilities.
Advanced Group . till now, have organized and a number of events including Concert in aid of SIDR victims, fund raising charity program in aid of visually impaired children, Children’s workshop in sponsored in Children’s workshop on International Children Film Festival, workshop on Travelling Children’s Film Festival which received overwhelmed applause, a concert on International Mother Day, Children’s art competition and promoted each and every national occasions.
