Embarking on business diversification, it has introduced modern ready-mix concrete industry which is now leading the market as a manufacturer and supplier of high strength best quality ready-mix concrete applying updated concrete technology in place of conventionally made concrete by volume for over a decade. It operates 3 units of most modern Ready mix Concrete Batching Plant at Ashulia, Dhaka, Bangladesh, equipped with the latest concreting technology from United Kingdom & Germany having capacity to produce 120 cum per hour of any intended strength. To meet with the growing demand, it has expanded further by adding two more batching plants from Germany reaching to total production capacity 270 cum per hour. It maintains a sophisticated dispatch and mechanically pump pouring system to at any height.

Furthermore with an aim to offer an unprecedented range of pre-cast equipment solutions for the production of pavement tiles, blocks and other concrete products, it has set up a modern concrete based multipurpose product Making Plant, HESS of German technology, globally recognized as an innovative and trend setting machines for the different concrete products industry. It will manufacture concrete based engineering material like ornamental bricks, 1st time pigmented concrete bricks solid & hollow, a complete new product for replacement of conventional bricks, caved & ornamental stone and of any concrete structural member, tiles, cladding material etc.

In an attempt to introduce innovative products in the country, it launched a unique industrial venture namely Advanced EPS Technologies Ltd. that manufactures and markets Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) blocks/sheets for the first time in Bangladesh. With a high tech. manufacturing plant from Italy, it has the ability to produce 200,000 cum with an extension up to maximum 600,000 cum of EPS blocks and then cut into sheets for using as building insulation, low cost housing, different uses in construction industry, packaging, cold storage, floating structures, transport industry and manifold uses which is made of different density for different application. The factory is located at Gazaria, Munshigonj on Dhaka-Chittagong highway over a land of 55,000 square meter.

With a view to add up a vertical integration, it has recently incorporated yet another venture Advanced Technology & Ideas Ltd. introducing a new type of multi-purpose construction material, the first of its kind in Bangladesh through setting up a high-tech. and most modern EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) sandwich panel making plant equipped with latest technology, located in the same premises of Advanced EPS Technologies Ltd. It can produce min. 5.0 lac square meter of sandwich panel average per annum with different thickness and different density as required. It is extensively used globally for using as insulated wall & roof panels scientifically and environmentally ideal for quickly built structures like industrial infrastucture, industrial work stations, enclosures & sheds, ware houses for pharmaceutical, RMG & tea industries, cold storages, low cost rural houses, schools and colleges, knock-down houses, exhibition halls, green house, floating houses, sound proof halls, theatre house, atomic installation house, coastal rehabilitation centres and wide range of occupancies like accommodations on site, mobile clinics, emergency shelters and Border security posts (BOPs), Army training camps etc. etc.
